London Walks
In addition to the free London Walks organized by DJM Personnel for our teachers, there are also many companies who offer themed walks around various parts of London!

DJM Personnel also provides opportunities for teachers to walk the streets of London on one of their City Walks. The walks are through the more historic parts and always include visits to out of the way pubs and eating places! Not to be missed.
Walk under the Thames
Follow a pedestrian tunnel linking Greenwich and the Isle of Dogs (near Canary Wharf). A very different experience walking through a tunnel built in 1902 by Victorian Engineers.
Many unique and fine suburban galleries.
One of the best is the Dulwich Gallery housing a collection of European Old Masters from the 17th and 18th Centuries. Check out the web site www.dulwichpicturegallery.org.uk for details about the current exhibitions.

Wine tasting at Vinopolis
It's a Museum dedicated to wine and the art of wine making! A fee is charged which includes free wine tasting. Located on London's South Bank near London Bridge. Check out the website: www.vinopolis.co.uk
Brixton Markets
Very noisy and colourful fruit and vegetable market. Very busy and full of life!
Old sailing ships
HMS Belfast and Cutty Sark both ships with lots of history. HMS Belfast can be found on London's South Bank, near London Bridge. Cutty Sark can be found in the unique Greenwich. Both can be checked out at www.iwm.org.uk/belfast/ or www.cuttysark.org.uk
