Who is DJM?
DJM Personnel supplies both Overseas-trained and UK-trained teachers to schools across London and further South into Surrey.
DJM Personnel is unique in the level and style of support it provides to all the teachers who chose to work with us.
The DJM TEAM is led by its Directors and founding members:
David Manson
and
Bronwyn Ward Manson
David Manson: Business Manager
David is the Business Manager responsible for managing and developing the Business side of DJM. This involves managing sales and marketing of DJM Personnel in London and around the world. Specifically this involves developing the business through the implementation and organisation of financial and client service strategies.
David is an Member of REC and has been since 2006.
David brings over 20 years of extensive business management and client service expertise, particularly from his time working as a Business Development Manager in a large Multi National IT company with its headquarters for the UK based in the City of London.
Bronwyn Ward-Manson: Recruitment and Education
Bronwyn Ward-Manson manages the selection, recruitment and placement of teachers in schools.
Bronwyn is a MREC CERT RP Recruiter of the Recruitment Confederation in the UK and is still a Registered teacher with the South Australian Education Department
As a result of Bronwyns substantial experience, she is adept at working to meet the needs of individual teachers and schools.
Her previous experience includes:
1. Classroom teacher in primary schools in both South Australia and London
2. Literacy advisor in the Curriculum Division in South Australia
3. Member of the specialist Curriculum Team in the South Australian Education Department facilitating curriculum development in classroom teaching and learning strategies in school communities R-10 across South Australia: specific work in Assessment and Reporting for South Australian and Australian schools
4. Liasing between the Curriculum Division in South Australia and Redbridge Borough of London on behalf of the South Australian Education Department to develop curriculum links between the UK and South Australia.
5. South London Manager of Education Recruitment Company (Initial Personnel) for 15 months.

1. The Teachers and Schools Client Service office in Croydon, South London
2. The Administration and Payroll office in Coulsdon, Surrey
3. The Australian office in Brisbane
