DJM vets every teacher who registers with us. We carefully place each teacher to best match the skills and expertise of the teacher and the needs and expectations of the school.

DJM checks and verifies the following for all teachers who work with DJM Personnel.

Every teacher who works with DJM has:

1. Current and valid passport/visa

2.Teaching qualification to a Bachelor Degree or equivalent

3.Two current teaching references

4. Overseas trained teachers country of origin Police Check (no more than 6 months old) AND Current Enhanced Disclosure (CRB Clearance)

5. Current Cv/Resume

We conduct a face-to-face interviews with every candidate before they begin to work with us.We discuss all aspects of their teaching experiences and their ability to provide the highest quality teaching and learning programmess for all students.
