Hello and Cooee!
Although this is the ‘about DJM’ page, we pride ourselves on the fact our business is never actually about us. It is about you. But! We know what is important is that you can trust us. To trust us you need to know more about us. We do this in our wee bio describing what keeps ticking us along. We came from different backgrounds and a different range of experiences. (me, Bron, from the desert of South Australia and a career in education and business; Dave from the ‘wilds’ of the west coast of Scotland and a career in the corporate IT world of the city of London.). We came together with a shared dream – to start our own business.
We did! Over twenty-five years ago we created our recruitment company, DJM Personnel. For over twenty-five years DJM Personnel was one of the most highly regarded and successful recruitment businesses in London. We believed a very simple premise:
You don’t build a business, you build the people, and the people build the business.
We still focus on delivering education and business excellence but now through the design and publication of our online resources. We pride ourselves in delivering a high quality service, being flexible and having a willingness to ‘go the extra mile.’ We continue to look after the professional and personal well-being of people. We stand up for what we believe in and stand up for those whose voices aren’t heard. We never lose sight of what is important and what can be achieved when we work together to achieve individual and collective goals. We believe in being the best by delivering the best.
