Most important of all:

We conduct a face-to-face interview with every candidate before they begin to work with us. This is how we get to know each teacher – what they want –  their goals, aspirations while also discussing their teaching experiences & teaching needs. This meeting is essential to build our partnership.

As one of our schools said:

” Thank you for the service you provide. It is a pleasure to work with you. The quality of your teaching staff is well matched to the needs of our school”
