I found being with DJM meant I got to meet other teachers at both informal gatherings, special social gatherings and also at Training and Development workshops and seminars. These were great for debriefing and sharing classroom experiences. I learnt so many new ideas and practical ways of improving my teaching and sorting out issues or problems I was dealing with.
