Bronwyn’s story is The story behind the story of DJM Personnel.
“Travelling the globe taught me about the power of learning; how exposure to different cultures and new ideas reshapes world views. These experiences expanded my understanding of educational and business excellence and significantly influenced the way Dave & I built our business. Travelling to many different countries to recruit teachers, learning first-hand the value of diversity, of the spirit and passion each brings to their work and life; their diverse needs and abilities, and most important of all, that we have more in common than separates us. I stand up for what I believe in and stand up for those whose voices aren’t heard. I never lose sight of what is important and what can be achieved when we work together to achieve individual and collective goals.”
