Travelling to many different countries to recruit teachers, learning first-hand the value of diversity, of the spirit and passion each brings to their work and life; their diverse needs and abilities, and most important of all, that we have more in common than separates us. We stand up for what we believe in and stand up for those whose voices aren’t heard. We never lose sight of what is important and what can be achieved when we work together to achieve individual and collective goals.”
